Great quality and fresh raw peanuts. I have been roasting nuts at home for few years and these are the best peanuts I have ever tried so far. I keep them raw in the freezer and take out what I need to roast. This way they stay fresh as when they arrived.

I always order the extra large shelled raw peanuts. I fry them for just a few minutes and salt. They are absolutely delicious and always a hit at any gathering. I like the idea of cooking them to whatever degree of fineness I want. I like them darker as it brings out even more flavor. It takes such a small amount of time... just heat up your oil in frying pan and pour in the nuts!

I would suggest that the products be placed in a plastic or water resistant bag and then packaged for delivery. In our case, Fedex did not announce that they had delivered our peanuts so the box sat on the porch getting wet in the rain. We hopefully saved the product by allowing it to dry in our garage.

These have become a family and friends favorite. Superb, large peanuts, I place them in a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of butter and grill them until golden brown. Must be mixed constantly over medium heat. Once done liberally sprinkle salt and mix in. Delicious!

This was the first time we ever had raw peanuts. They came in some very neat sacks that were printed with the company name / logo. The appearance of the peanuts is very good and consistent. We have roasted a couple trays of them so far in the oven and they have turned out very well. They are a yummy treat and easy to make.

I remember roasting raw peanuts that someone had brought me from "down south", how they were so much fresher than the packaged roasted peanuts in the supermarket. I finally came across an article on various peanut uses, so decided to try some more of my own roasting at home. These peanuts are not disappointing; they are large, flavorful and crunchy. And being already shelled and blanched, they are ready for other uses (such as peanut butter).
