Surprise Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Blend ingredients. Delicious over fruit or as a rich surprise flavor in cabbage and apple salads. Makes 1 cup.
