Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 lb pork ribs

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except ribs and mix well. Place ribs in a shallow non metal baking dish, pour marinade over meat. Cover and refrigerate 6-8 hours, turning meat once. Wipe excess marinade from meat. Bake in 375 F. oven for about 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
