Harvest Nutty Fruit Pie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions:
Garnish: 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts
Combine ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 350 degree F for 30 minutes. After baking for 15 minutes, you may sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped roasted peanuts and finish baking. Makes 6 servings.
